Terms and Conditions
This document outlines the terms and conditions ("Terms") governing the services provided by Drone Solutions Asia Limited ("DSA" or "Service Provider") to its Customers ("Client" or "Customer"). By engaging DSA, Customers agree to these Terms.
1. General:
a. Company Overview: Drone Solutions Asia Limited (DSA) is a full-service drone solutions provider supported by international and local experts with expertise in the drone and cleaning industries. DSA delivers high-standard cleaning, inspection, maintenance, and testing services using advanced technology and premium products.
b. Business Address: DSA’s registered office is located at: 2/F Tern Centre Tower 1, 237 Queen's Road Central, Hong Kong, Hong Kong SAR, 0000.
2. Definitions:
a. "Asset": Any structure, building, stadium, façade, wind turbine, boat, window, or other property serviced, cleaned, inspected, maintained, or repaired by DSA.
b. "Customer(s)": Any individual or entity purchasing services or products from DSA.
c. "Manufacturers": Entities responsible for designing and constructing drones, drone systems, or related components.
d. "Order": Includes quotations accepted by Customers, purchase orders, invoices, or contracts between DSA and Customers.
e. "Terms and Conditions": This document and any subsequent updates.
3. Offer and Document Ranking:
a. Offers or quotations issued by DSA expire if not accepted within the specified timeframe (or within 14 days if no timeframe is stated). Once accepted, an offer becomes an Order as defined above.
b. If an Order conflicts with these Terms, specific terms in the Order shall prevail, unless otherwise agreed.

b. Service Availability: Services depend on regulatory permissions, specific asset requirements, and supplier performance. DSA is not liable for delays caused by third-party providers or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Service/Sales Requests, Quotation, Pricing, and Payment:

b. Customer Obligations:
Provide accurate information about the asset and service requirements.
c. Quotation and Estimates:
Cost and time estimates provided by DSA may require additional time for complex or customised projects involving third-party input.
c. Payment Terms:
i. A 50% deposit is required upon order confirmation. The remaining balance is due upon service completion.
ii. Late payments accrue interest at 2% per month, calculated daily. iii. No deductions, set-offs, or withheld payments are allowed. iv. Additional fees may apply for delays caused by the Customer.
6. Customer Responsibilities
a. Access: Customers must:
Ensure safe and unrestricted access to the property.
Notify DSA of potential access issues, such as well water reliance or low pressure.
b. Pre-Service Preparation:
Activate outdoor water faucets.
Close windows and doors tightly.
Remove sensitive items (e.g., vehicles) from work areas.
c. Reporting Issues:
Report concerns within 14 days of service completion or within 48 hours for damage claims.
Acceptance of services is assumed after this period unless latent defects are identified.
7. DSA Warranty and Liability:
a. Warranties:
Services will be performed with skill, care, and industry standards.
Defective components will be replaced or repaired, subject to manufacturer warranties.
b. Liability Exclusions:
Pre-existing defects, normal wear and tear, and third-party modifications.
Loss of use of assets during or after services.
c. Acknowledgment of Risks:
Surface oxidation, stains, and plant damage may occur despite precautions.
DSA will not be responsible for issues caused by poor maintenance or structural defects (e.g., faulty caulking, leaking windows).
8. Media Use
a. DSA reserves the right to capture photos/videos for documentation, training, and marketing. Clients can opt out of marketing use by providing prior notice.
9. Cancellation and Rescheduling
a. Cancellations made within 48 hours of service will incur a $1,000 fee.
b. If technicians arrive and water sources or access are unavailable, a $1,000 fee applies.
c. Rescheduling due to adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances will be coordinated with the Customer
10. Specialised Service Acknowledgments
a. Building and Façade Cleaning:
Sodium hypochlorite solutions are used to remove organic growth while minimising environmental impact.
We prioritise environmental protection, taking several precautions to minimise any risks to plant life during the cleaning process. However, please note that high temperatures during the day may still cause some plants to burn.
Certain stains, such as tree sap, artillery fungus, concrete splatter, and paint and stain splatters, may not be removable by conventional power washing methods. We'll do our best to identify these areas and set realistic expectations, but some stains may be impossible to remove entirely.
b. Concrete Cleaning:
Rust and oil stains may require specialised treatments and may not be entirely removable. These limitations will be addressed during the initial estimate.
c. Roof Cleaning:
In our roof cleaning process, we use chemicals and low-pressure application to neutralise the organic growth that causes unsightly discoloration on the roof. While we strive for the best possible outcome, the customer must understand that there is a small chance that browned grass may occur in the areas of the downspouts.
Natural elements may take 6-8 weeks to fully remove the neutralised organic growth. We do not forcibly remove organic growth, such as moss and lichens, unless the customer signs a liability waiver requesting us to do so with pressure.
11. Agreement and Acceptance
By accepting the estimate or quote, the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions and authorizes DSA to proceed with the work.
